间接引语（She said that … / He told me that …）
say 后面不跟人，tell 后面一定跟人。said / told 后面的动词通常往过去退一步：am → was，can → could，will → would。转述问句用陈述语序：where I lived。
例句
- She said that she was tired.她说她累了。
- He told me that he didn't feel well.他告诉我他不舒服。
- She asked me where I lived.她问我住在哪儿。

that 可以省略。
往过去退一步
动词和代词都要变
“I am tired.” → He said that he was tired.
“I don't feel well.” → He told me that he didn't feel well.
“I can't come.” → She said that she couldn't come.
“I will call you.” → She said that she would call me.
代词也跟着变：I → he / she，you → me。
如果现在仍然成立，也可以不退（She said she lives in London）。
这一课的题目说的都是已经过去的事，所以要退。
转述问句
用陈述语序
“Where do you live?” → She asked me where I lived.
不说 where did I live。
“What time is it?” → He asked what time it was.
不说 what time was it。
Do you know … 后面也一样：Do you know where she lives?
